Returns & Exchanges


*Please note, by purchasing an item/all items from Kymani Swim, you are agreeing that you've read over and understand our returns and exchanges policy as well as all other policies*

Returns:

We do not offer refunds of any sort. We only offer size exchanges.

Exchanges:

If the swimsuit you ordered does not fit as you desire, we gladly offer the opportunity for size exchange however all additional shipping costs must be covered by customer. A request for size exchange must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order via Email (support@kymaniswim.com). All procedures and personal information for exchange will be handled through Email. 

Exchanges can only be done for different size within that same product that was ordered. We do not offer size exchanges for a different size in a different product. 

Sale Items: Discounted/sale items are all FINAL SALE. Meaning exchanges will NOT be offered for these items. These items will be marked final sale in item description. 

Important: Please do NOT send your exchange back to us without being in contact with us via Email in advance. Packages received with no Email trace will be returned back to the sender. 

Very Important: All exchange returns MUST be returned unwashed with tags attached, sanitary liner, and its clear packaging bag. All requirements must be met. Please be careful when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have any stains or smell of perfume/soap.

Upon receiving your package for exchange, it will be inspected to ensure there is no damages or alteration done to the item(s).

If the item is not up to our standard of being in 'brand new' condition, your request for exchange will be denied and your package will be returned back to you. 

If we do not have the item available in the size you wish to exchange for, we will offer the option of reimbursement or store credit.
